CAS enclosed rotary screw models are built with the same heavy-duty components as our open frame models, but with a sound dampening enclosure. They combine the lowest dBA levels in the industry with highest levels of reliability, efficiency and productivity available. Our enclosures are built from solid, powder-coated steel, and feature access doors on all sides to make maintenance easier.
The CRD package is an upgrade to our enclosed rotary screw compressors, and includes the compressor, a receiver, a dryer, and other features.
125-476 HP
CAS 125-476 HP enclosed rotary screw compressors use a direct-drive design with no belts or bearings, reducing wear and power loss. They are powered by IE4 Super Premium Efficiency motors with IP55 protection, F-class insulation, and UL-certified controls. Controls support Industry 4.0 features such as remote monitoring, load balancing, sequenced operation, and real-time pressure and temperature data, and RFID security. Available with single and two-stage airends.
Permanent Magnet
A liquid-cooled permanent magnet motor with an integrated flux vector inverter delivers exceptional efficiency and precise control, while smart controls with a 7-inch full-color touchscreen provide real-time operation, maintenance, and alarm data and integrate up to eight compressors into one complete system.
